Document required for nursery Admissions

• Photocopy of the Birth Certificate(Attested by the Gazetted officer /Notarised) of the child. Kindly bring the Original Birth Certificate for Verification Purpose.
• In case the child belongs to SC / ST / OBC, copy of Caste Certificate of father (attested by the Gazetted officer / Notarised) to be submitted. Kindly bring the original Caste Certificate for verification purpose.
• Copy of Aadhar Card of the child, Mother, Father
• Both parents should be present at the time of admission for signature in Admission form.
